Our Roof Cleaning Process

- Cleaning your roof: We use 2 methods to remove the moss from your roof:
- Low Pressure Washing, using our specialist long reach pole setup we gently wash the roof without stepping foot on it. This is the quickest method for instant results, as it not only removes moss, but the vast majority (if not all) of any algae and lichen (black and white spots)
- Roof Scraping, using a long reach roof scraper we can gently remove moss. This is more suitable for older/fragile roofs, and after chemical treatment, will eventually remove any algae and lichen – however that will take a few weeks before you see the end result.
- Chemical treatment: After your roof has been gently washed / scraped by us, we apply a chemical treatment which will kill any remaining organic matter (algae / lichen) while also preventing regrowth for up to 3 years!
- Ongoing Maintenance: We are proud of our work and like to offer continued support to all of our customers to keep their properties well maintained. We can organise return visits to reapply our highly effective chemical treatment, keeping your roof free of moss, algae and lichen.
